Hordle Hordle is a small village (population approximately 6000) that lies in between the conurbations of Bournemouth and Southampton on the south coast of England. It is bordered by the towns of Lymington and New Milton . Hordle is situated between the Solent coast and the borders of the New Forest and, although the present civil parish is somewhat smaller than the 3,854 acres (15.60 km2) it used to contain, its northern and southern boundaries remain much as they have always been.
